Vegan capsules with Golden Teacher (25mg, 50mg, 100mg) and Jedi Mind Fuck (300mg, 500mg) psilocybe cubensis mushroom in a base of oat flour.
A dose in the range of 100mg to 150mg is typical for microdosing.
Recommended regimen for systemic microdosing is one capsule every three days, or twice a week. If you take daily there will be a diminished effect. We recommend taking the capsule in the morning or early afternoon.
These mid-range dose levels can also be a good first experience for someone who is nervous about going straight to a full-on psychedelic dose.

300mg dose is higher than the usual microdose and will usually produce noticeable effects. This level of dose will not produce overwhelming psychedelic effects, and is typically taken in a social setting.
500mg dose is higher than the usual microdose and will usually produce noticeable effects. This level of dose will not produce overwhelming psychedelic effects, and is typically taken in a social setting.
